The People Exhibition 21st January – 26th February
FOXLOWE Gallery’s next exhibition is ‘The People’ from Saturday 21st January until Sunday 26th February. FOXLOWE Gallery is open Wednesday – Saturday 10 -4 and Sunday 11 – 4
The People Exhibition explores the human form through drawings and paintings of people who give the body its character and spirit. The five artists taking part in the exhibition are Johnny Bermudez (oils, acrylics, pastels, charcoal, watercolours), Charlie Walker (acrylics), Margaret Brothwell (mixed media and acrylics), Duncan Sprout (acrylics) and Nick Shelton (biro) – see the Foxlowe Gallery page for some samples of the exhibitor’s work
Foxlowe Art Centre Gallery Now Open
The Foxlowe Art Centre Gallery inaugural exhibition featuring work by local artists David Hunt, Anita Hill and Johnathon Walker Exhibition was opened on Friday 2nd of December at 6.30pm. With over 200 people attending and many red dots it was a launch for Leek’s long awaited art centre. More news to come soon.
