This year, Foxlowe Arts Centre’s Christmas exhibition covers an expansive range of original work from 20 exhibitors. Paintings and ceramics are showcased alongside works of glass, wood and found materials as well as jewellery and other small pieces suitable for gifts.

The exhibition also features a fascinating display by Sue Prince, showing her work for the first time at Foxlowe Arts Centre. A British folk artist, Sue Prince creates narrative paintings in Swedish style egg tempera which tell stories of people and their places.

The Christmas exhibition runs from 28 November until 24 December at the gallery, upstairs at the Foxlowe Arts Centre. Foxlowe Gallery is open Wednesday to Saturday 10am-4pm.
