Foxlowe goes cycle-friendly
The garden now has four cycle-friendly planters – funded by the Peak District National Park. The pair on the terrace have been planted up with strawberries by local children, in anticipation of cream teas in the summer. These planters have already provided a handy secure parking place for cyclists brought out by the Bank Holiday sunshine and we hope many more will find them useful, especially when they’re so handy for refreshments. Those at the front of the building have a range of heather plants in acknowledgement of the funder.
