Dru Yoga – Monday nights – temporarily suspended

6.00 – 7.30 pm; Rainbow Room; Monday nights. Temporarily suspended due to illness.

Dru Yoga is a combination of Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi and Chi Gung. It is also described as Meditation in Motion with postures (asanas) and sequences with directed breathing. Energy blocks are released and your whole being feels deeply balanced and relaxed. Along with learning deep relaxation, Dru Yoga is for strengthening, flexibility and developing inner calm and mindfulness.
